The pointing capabilities for the Minisat-02 platform is adequate for achieving the GOYA scientific goals. What is most important for GOYA is to achieve good stability during the 1 min time intervals following the rapid telescope movements. When the telescopes will be reoriented as a response to a GRB detection, the attitude system need not try to counteract the reaction given to the satellite, as this reaction can be taken into account in the telescope control. But any residual vibration left in the structure after the movement should be damped quickly.
As we have already discussed on point 4, the launch may be performed by means of a Pegasus XL launcher.
